Dairy - Siena

This afternoon, we waited for Siena before we did our Science activity-Sink or float experiment. I asked the children to guess whether the kitchen foods and equipment that I had chosen, would sink or float. Siena didn’t take part in guessing, but she did concentrate and looked happy during the experiment.

During nap time I gave Siena a bit of comfort but I tried to put her down so that she could nap without falling asleep in my arms first. It was tricky at first as Siena did lay down but then she didn’t want me to leave her side. She laid down nicely for approx 10 mins before crying and then she kept on getting up so I put her in the high chair until she fell asleep.

After nap Siena had free play and for gardening we discussed different herbs and watched Shaun the chef which Siena loved.

I have a lot of size 5 spare nappies that Siena can have when she is in our care. If you are okay with this I will return the nappies that you brought in today.
