Dairy - Nathan

This morning after nursery rhyme time I read The Three Little Pigs book to the children as Child K came in and chose it for me to read to her. Nathan was concentrating really hard whilst I was reading and smiled during odd parts.

Arts & Crafts- We printed out the recipes and pictures for our class cook book that some parents had sent to me as their childrens favourite meals and recipes and we also discussed with the children their favourites. I told Nathan that his mummy told us that meat balls and pasta was his favourite meal.

Food Tec – We made one of my favourite snacks, fried dumpling. Nathan happily washed his hands and rolled his dumpling nicely, but then he started throwing pieces of his dough onto the floor, so unfortunately he didn’t have any dumpling left to fry or taste.

Free Play- Nathan played the shopping game and played in the kitchen area.

Nathan had time out today for continuously not listening and for slapping another child’s hands a few times. Otherwise okay day.
