Family nursery rhymes

Arts & Crafts – My family tree activity. This morning we discussed with the children the members of their family at home and I wrote down their family members on their family tree template. Kairo then had fun gluing and sprinkling gold glitter around his tree (this was used as blessings) he then glued and stuck down green leaves (green rolled balls of tissue paper) and he was very happy doing so.

Food Tec – For food Tec we used mini gingerbread people to discuss and then count the members of each other’s family and then the children decorated each member using icing pens.
Kairo decided to eat half of his gingerbread people before decorating them, even though I asked him not to, so he didn’t get to decorate his.
