I’m Teamara Adams, founder of Bonding School Nurseries.

From SEN Teaching Assistant to running a club for children and families, becoming a registered childminder and opening nurseries, my journey has been built on determination, experience and a genuine passion for children and families.

I’ve built childcare businesses from the ground up, overcome challenges and learned valuable lessons along the way. Through that experience, I’ve created practical systems and resources that I use in my own settings.

Now, through You Can Do It Too!, I’m sharing that knowledge, along with my guide, editable resources and support, to help you build, grow and confidently run your own childcare business.

Whether you’re preparing to welcome your first families or already running an established setting, my aim is to help you save time, feel more organised and move forward with confidence.
